1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
The e-book file is corrupt or unreadable.
The e-book's content is materially different from its description on our website.
You have been charged incorrectly or in excess.
2. How to Request a Refund
If your purchase meets the above criteria, please contact our support team at support@promptsproai.com within 7 days of the purchase. Your request must include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the refund request
- A brief explanation of the issue with the e-book.
3. Refund Approval Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review the issue. If your claim is valid, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds for:
- E-books that have been successfully downloaded and are found to be without defect.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period.
- Cases of "buyer's remorse" or a change of mind.
